Wear athletic training shoes and comfortable clothes or bring them with you.
Amenities
You can change in either of our two private showers or bathrooms. Please bring your own towel.
Stay hydrated
Don’t forget your water bottle! We have a filtered water station and bottled water for sale.
Step 3: Arrive early

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your first class. Our team can't wait to meet you and show you around.

For your safety, we will familiarize you with our equipment prior to class.
